About the Position Perido is looking for a part-time accounting assistant for our client, one of Sweden's leading member-owned organizations within the green industry, with a strong presence across large parts of the country. After completed on-site training, the client offers a hybrid work model where you have the opportunity to alternate office days with remote work at approximately 15-20 h/week – a perfect balance for you who want to combine work life with high school or university studies. Your Tasks As an accounting assistant, you support the accounting unit with daily financial routines. You will gradually receive more responsibility as you become more experienced. Your main tasks include: Ongoing handling of supplier invoices (registration, posting, and payment preparation) Following up and reconciling customer receivables Contact with internal approvers and external suppliers regarding discrepancies or documentation Simple reconciliations and ongoing bookkeeping work General administrative support in daily accounting work before and during financial closing Your Qualities To thrive in the role, we see that you are thorough, structured, and have a methodical work approach where you like order and organization. Qualifications: Ongoing post-secondary education in accounting Good understanding of basic accounting (debit/credit and account reconciliations) Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during terms and extended hours during summer/vacation periods Good computer skills and experience working in MS Office (particularly Excel) Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing in Swedish Meritorious: Previous practical experience in accounting or bookkeeping work (for example through summer jobs or side jobs) Experience working in a larger business or accounting system Scope and Start Date Part-time, consulting assignment initially during study time. Scope approximately 15–20 hours/week with flexible working hours adapted to your studies (some availability required during month-end closing). Start immediately or by agreement.
