About the role
As an Accounting Assistant, you will primarily work with processing and bookkeeping of supplier invoices. You are responsible for ensuring that the invoice flow functions correctly and efficiently while managing discrepancies, following up on issues, and ensuring that questions are escalated when needed. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you will be an important part of ensuring high quality in daily accounting management.
You will also contribute with improvement suggestions and participate in developing and streamlining processes and working methods within Accounts Payable. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take an active role in creating smarter and more efficient working methods going forward.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with basic accounting education and experience working with Accounts Payable or accounting administration. You are comfortable working with invoice processing and have a good understanding of accounting flows. You have good system proficiency and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with Agresso is a merit.
As a person, you are forward-thinking, social, and responsible. You enjoy collaboration, like having contact with different parts of the organization, and have an easy time building good relationships. At the same time, you work carefully and systematically, even when the pace is high or multiple issues need to be handled in parallel.
