Accounting Assistant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience

SJR is now seeking an experienced accounting assistant for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Landvetter. The client is facing an important transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), which is why we are looking for someone who already has experience with the system and can quickly contribute to the operations. The assignment is scheduled to start on 1/11 and runs until 31/3 with possible extension. You will become part of a well-functioning AR/AP team of 4 people. About the Role In your role as an accounting assistant, you will work broadly within accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting the business during the upcoming system implementation. Your main responsibilities include: • Management of incoming and outgoing payments to the bank • Management of supplier invoices • Matching and recording of PO invoices and expense invoices • Work in ExFlow related to the supplier invoice workflow • External confirmation of customer and supplier accounts • Reconciliation work • Support with monthly and annual closing • Other accounting work within the department Relevant Background We are looking for someone with experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable who thrives in a role where structure, accuracy, and collaboration are key success factors. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is a requirement for this position. It is a merit if you have also worked in ExFlow or have experience with system changes and implementation projects within accounting.
