SITECH Sverige, owned by the Zeppelin Group, is now seeking an operational finance manager for its team at the Örebro office. The position is part-time (approximately 50%) and suits you if you want to work long-term at this scope. You will have a broad role in a smaller organization alongside ongoing accounting with Zeppelin Sverige. Business travel within the country may occur.
You are responsible for ongoing finance and associated administration. You report to the CEO but will be in contact with the entire organization, which is spread across Sweden, as well as colleagues at the Zeppelin Group.
You must be able to communicate in Swedish and English in speech and writing and have good system experience from accounting and/or an ERP system.
Sitech currently uses Pyramid.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Invoicing and payment flows
• Incoming and outgoing payments and banking matters
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable against general ledger
• Reconciliation of intercompany/intracompany balances
• Contribution to monthly and annual financial statements, accruals, and balance reconciliations
• VAT reporting and associated reporting
• Monitoring and simple financial summaries
• Documentation for payroll processing and time reporting
• Other finance and administrative tasks
• Administer company and service vehicles together with our suppliers.
You will receive support from colleagues and functions within the group as needed to work independently and meet deadlines.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in finance/accounting and who is confident with ongoing accounting. You have an accounting education or equivalent.
You are structured, unpretentious, curious, and service-oriented. You take responsibility for your tasks, work well with others, and are not afraid to ask questions or take your own initiative. You don't need to be a specialist, but you should be confident in accounting fundamentals and have an interest in understanding the business you work in.

Working Hours: Office hours by agreement at Sitech's office in Örebro.
