About the role As Finance Manager, you will have broad responsibility for Talurit AB's ongoing accounting and financial follow-up. You ensure that the accounting provides an accurate picture of the operations and support management with analyses, budgets, forecasts, and decision-making materials. The role is both operational and close to the business. You work with, among other things, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, monthly closings, and regulatory reporting. At the same time, you drive budgeting and forecasting work and contribute with analyses of results, variances, and profitability. You report to the Site Manager and are part of the local management team. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, sales, procurement, and IT. An important part of the assignment is also to develop and streamline financial processes and system support. Key responsibilities: Manage ongoing accounting and accounts receivable and payable. Ensure correct bank reconciliations, payments, and ongoing liquidity planning. Handle payroll documentation, expense reports, pensions, and employer contributions, and ensure correct salary payments. Conduct monthly closings within five working days and together with the Site Manager present the results to group management. Lead the annual budgeting process and be responsible for monthly forecast updates. Analyze results and variances against budget, forecast, and prior years. Prepare financial decision-making materials and contribute to the development of business cases. Manage relevant regulatory reporting. Follow up on costs, investments, savings, and financial KPIs. Contribute to improved data quality, automation, and harmonization of finance-related systems. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with several years of experience in a broad finance role who feels confident with ongoing accounting, monthly closings, and payroll management. You independently drive financial processes and have the ability to combine accuracy in daily work with a clear business and holistic perspective. We would like to see that you have: Higher education in accounting or equivalent experience. Several years of experience with ongoing accounting, monthly closings. Knowledge of accounting according to K3. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Good experience with ERP systems, Excel, and preferably BI tools. Ability to work data-driven with follow-up and reporting. Strong Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written. As a person, you are thorough, self-directed, and analytical. You're comfortable taking overall responsibility while maintaining control of the details. You're business-minded, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to translate overarching goals into concrete activities.
