We are looking for a Finance Administrator for our client ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna in Lund. ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Tuna is a modern grocery store where customer service, quality, and sustainable working practices are at the center. As a Finance Administrator, you will contribute to the store's daily finance and administrative work and provide important support to the store. The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Main responsibilities Invoicing. Reconcile invoices against delivery notes. Reconcile daily cash registers and bank accounts, and make corrections when needed. Reconcile incoming payments. Verify time reporting. Payroll processing. Breakfast coordinator. Manage staff uniforms. Wash work clothes. The role is broad and may develop over time, which means other administrative and finance tasks may be added based on the store's needs. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and enjoys working with numbers. You have good customer service skills and communicate well with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You work independently but also appreciate collaboration in a small team. As a person, you are open-minded and proactive, solve problems easily, and handle confidential information with high integrity. Experience Relevant experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or similar work is a merit. Experience from working in a store is a plus. Education at upper secondary level in finance is a merit. Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are required.
