We are now seeking a Finance Administrator for a consulting assignment with a major and well-known organization in Karlskrona. Here you will have an important role in daily financial operations while contributing to streamlining work methods and developing procedures within the organization. Duties and Areas of Responsibility As a Finance Administrator, you will primarily work with handling, reviewing, and recording supplier invoices. You will be an important part of ensuring that the invoice flow functions efficiently and correctly. Beyond the routine work, you will identify and solve problems in financial processes, handle discrepancies, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has a post-secondary education in finance of at least two years Has at least one year of relevant experience in finance work Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English Has good system skills and finds it easy to learn new work methods It Is Advantageous If You Have Experience with Unit4/Agresso Worked with accounts payable About the Position: You will be employed by Unik Resurs as a consultant placed with our client in Karlskrona.
