You will be part of a group consisting of financial administrators, economists, controllers, and a finance manager, where we work together to provide support and service to the administration's various operations. WORK TASKS As a financial administrator, you will work with both supplier and customer invoices and function together with other members of the finance department as support to operations. Your work tasks include reviewing and coding, registration of accounting documentation, and invoicing. You will also work with, for example, claim management, time reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, and preparation of reports. You are expected to participate in development projects and work on continuous improvements within the finance department and administration. This could involve being part of developing and streamlining work methods, routines, and processes, as well as identifying improvement opportunities together with colleagues and implementing ideas into practical solutions. The work is carried out both independently and in close cooperation with your colleagues. During certain periods, such as around year-end closing, the work can intensify. It is therefore important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, while maintaining quality and service in your work. QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory requirements: • Education in economics at least at upper secondary level • Practical experience with invoicing and bookkeeping and experience working with customer and supplier accounts. • Very good computer skills as the position involves working in various IT systems and tools such as Excel or equivalent Meritorious: Experience with the accounting system Visma Accounting and Accounts Receivable/Payable, the decision support system Hypergene, or work in the case management system Rutin is meritorious. Likewise, if you have previously worked with water and sanitation and waste invoicing.
