About the Company Epton Trading AB is a Swedish company in Vallentuna that has been the general agent for Club Car in Sweden since 1988. The company sells and services primarily electric work vehicles, golf carts and transport vehicles used by golf clubs, property management companies, municipalities, industries and cemetery administrations. Your Responsibilities As Finance Manager, you have overall responsibility for accounting in both Epton Trading AB and Kragsta Förvaltning AB. The role also includes HR administration for all employees, including payroll. This is a broad and operations-focused role where you are responsible for the entire accounting process and function as the companies' financial and HR administrative hub. Your main responsibilities include: Finance: • Ongoing accounting, bookkeeping and account reconciliations • Accounts payable and receivable including invoicing, claims and collection management • Payments, approvals and liquidity forecasts • Tax, VAT and customs declarations • Financial statements, annual reports and analysis of income statements and balance sheets • Reporting, sales statistics and key figures • Contract and company insurance administration • System responsibility for Visma and contact with authorities and IT function • Support to operations on finance-related matters HR: • HR administration and employment agreements • Payroll administration in Visma including payroll data and travel expense calculations • Employer certificates and other HR documents • Management of vacation, leave, insurance etc. • Interpretation and monitoring of the Transport collective agreement • Support and advice to managers and employees • Participation in HR negotiations and employee and salary reviews Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience in accounting who enjoys taking comprehensive responsibility for the entire finance process. You feel confident working independently with everything from ongoing accounting to financial statements, reporting and analysis, while having the ability to view operations from a business perspective. You have experience with payroll and HR administration as well as good understanding of the regulations affecting this area. The role involves many contact points and therefore we see that you appreciate supporting colleagues and functioning as an advisory resource in both finance and HR-related matters. As a person you are open, unpretentious and enjoy working close to operations. You are analytical, question figures and enjoy identifying improvement opportunities that create value for the organization.
