We offer o Full-time position (40 hours per week). o Salary 40,000 - 50,000 CZK, depending on experience and education. o Employment contract for primary employment. o Pleasant working environment in Kuřim Castle (Kuřim, Křížkovského 48/2). o Friendly team and supportive management. o Meal allowance / school lunches. o Opportunity for further education and professional development. o Start date: 1 August 2026 or by agreement. Job responsibilities You will focus on: o Economic operation of the organization. o Payroll processing for employees. o Employment relationship agenda (hires, departures, changes). o Maintenance of personnel documentation. o Support for management in HR matters. o Communication with authorities (Czech Social Security Administration, health insurance companies, Tax Office, municipal authority, banks). o Work in the school secretariat. We require o Experience in economics, payroll accounting and HR. o Knowledge of labor law. o PC skills (MS Office, payroll systems preferred). o Independence, reliability and attention to detail. o Criminal record clearance. o At least higher vocational education or university degree in an economics field.
