Building and Grounds On-Call Attendant/Administrator
for a fixed-term position starting October 1, 2026.

Requirements for candidates:
at least basic education and basic skills or basic level professional education;
high sense of responsibility, integrity, discipline, accuracy, and ability to justify decisions or actions taken;
excellent communication skills, ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance;
excellent command of the state language;
desirable basic MS Office skills.
Main duties:
with the goal of ensuring the safety of children, ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter the preschool territory and premises;
monitor visitor flow and, within your competence, provide visitors (suppliers, legal representatives of children) with the information they need;
unlocking/locking of the preschool building and territory;
maintaining order and cleanliness in common areas and answering phone calls;
build positive cooperation with parents and colleagues.
We offer:
working hours 40 hours per week, on business days, according to shift schedule, between 6:30 and 19:30;
gross salary EUR 875.00;

social guarantees in accordance with those provided to state and municipal institution employees;
workplace: Siguļi PII "Piejūra", Baznīcas iela 15, Siguļi, Carnikavas pagasts, Ādažu novads.
