Then this could be the role for you! In your role as Self-Care Manager, you will: Drive and develop the pharmacy's self-care offerings together with the team. Create inspiring and sales-driven displays based on our concepts and campaigns. Work actively with customer advice, customer interactions, and sales. Manage orders, product flow, inventory, and cash handling. Ensure that the self-care section is well-stocked, current, and attractive. Contribute to the pharmacy's quality work and shared goal achievement. Foster participation, engagement, and good collaboration within the team. Support our pharmacists in prescription fulfillment. The pharmacy is located in the heart of Storheden, Luleå's major shopping area, where shopping, everyday errands, and customer traffic meet. Here you'll find a wide range of stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and other services – it's definitely a place where things happen! Storheden also has a strategic location near E4 and good bus connections, making it easy for both customers and employees to get here. With us you'll meet a diverse customer base and high, varied customer traffic. You work together with a competent and collaboration-focused team consisting of four pharmacists and two self-care specialists. Together you take responsibility for the pharmacy and create high-quality customer experiences with commitment, care, and plenty of team spirit. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have a natural drive in both customer interactions and practical work. Above all, you want to help develop an already fantastic self-care section to become even better. The pharmacy is open 9-18 on weekdays and 10-15 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position on a full- or part-time basis by agreement, and you will be part of Ahmed Saad Mohamed's team. Desired start date is by agreement. We're looking for someone who is a pharmacy technician with pharmacy technician education at the vocational university level or equivalent. To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers with proper medication use and better health.
