E-commerce Manager for International Expansion and Marketplace Sales

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and independent professional for the position of Marketplace & E-commerce Expansion Manager in ALORI, a fast-growing Czech company that processes thousands of orders daily and actively expands its presence on foreign markets across Europe. We expect candidates to have previous experience managing sales on marketplace platforms and online marketplaces, including registering new accounts, setting up sales channels, managing product listings, pricing, product feeds, logistics configuration, and resolving administrative and technical requirements associated with selling on individual platforms. Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Allegro, Kaufland, eBay, and other European marketplace platforms is an advantage. The role will also include active participation in the company's international expansion into additional European countries, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating market entry. The employee will be responsible for proper localization of e-shops for individual countries, including language versions, product content, pricing, currencies, shipping, payment methods, and overall adaptation of the e-shop to the specifics of individual foreign markets. The position includes regular analysis of the performance of individual sales channels, optimization of sales results, and collaboration with internal teams in marketing, logistics, customer support, and product departments. We are looking for someone who is oriented in modern e-commerce environments, has experience with marketplace sales, understands the principles of international expansion, and can independently manage sales growth across Europe. Knowledge of foreign languages, experience with automation, and work with modern AI technologies are advantageous.
