Valmieras novads Municipality (hereinafter – Municipality) Kocēnu apvienības administration (hereinafter – Administration) invites a property management specialist to work in Zilākalni and Bērzaine parishes for an indefinite period. If you have a desire to: • care for the maintenance and upkeep of streets, roads, real estate, and territories in Zilākalni and Bērzaine parishes; • organize and supervise maintenance work and ensure its completion, as well as procure various maintenance materials and monitor their use; • prepare estimates for road and building repair work; • participate in the annual budget preparation; • receive and advise visitors on property management matters, prepare responses to submissions from individuals and legal entities within your competence, and draft decisions and contracts on matters within the Administration's authority; and if you have: • at least secondary level professional education; • knowledge and experience in real estate management will be considered an advantage; • state language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law requirements; • desirable skills and experience in document preparation; • competencies: initiative, ability to independently organize your work and work in a team, good communication and cooperation skills; • good computer skills (MS Office) and office equipment; • Category B driver's license; we offer: • base salary during trial period EUR 1258 before tax payment, after trial period EUR 1310 before tax payment; • opportunity to receive vacation allowance for work-life balance in recognition of good work performance; • employer co-funded health insurance and other benefits in accordance with work results and regulatory requirements; • professional development and growth opportunities in a knowledgeable and responsive team.
