Dynamics 365 Lead
Do you want to take on a central role in the development of Dynamics 365 and help shape how systems and operations work together?
We are now looking for an experienced and driven Dynamics 365 Lead to join an international company with strong roots in Sweden. In this role, you will have significant responsibility for developing, improving, and driving Dynamics 365 forward, working closely with both business functions, IT, and external partners.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technology, business understanding, and development – and who likes to see ideas evolve from needs to working solutions.
About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 Lead, you will be a key person in the organization's continued development of Dynamics 365. You will work both strategically and operationally, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
You will, among other things:
Take responsibility for and drive the continued development of Dynamics 365
Identify areas for improvement and development in collaboration with the business
Translate business needs into effective system solutions
Lead and coordinate projects, changes, and development initiatives within Dynamics 365
Coordinate internal resources and external partners
Ensure that integrations and solutions work together with other systems
Provide support to the business on matters related to Dynamics 365
Contribute to the structure, prioritization, and long-term development of the platform
Stay updated on Dynamics 365 developments and identify opportunities to leverage new features and ways of working
You will have many contact points throughout the organization and collaborate with, for example, IT, sales, finance, supply chain, and other business functions.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and who feels confident taking responsibility for both development and management.
We believe you have:
Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience driving system or development projects
Good understanding of business processes and how IT can support organizational goals
Experience working with integrations and system solutions
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Experience working with external vendors or partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Customer Service.
