Nexer Recruit AB · Full-time
Prästagärdet 3, Svenljunga, Sweden
Do you want a central role in Blåkläder's continued growth and digital development? As a Dynamics 365 Lead, you'll have overall responsibility for a global and business-critical platform and the opportunity to shape the next phase of the Dynamics 365 journey. Here you combine business and technology to create solutions that strengthen Blåkläder both today and in the future. YOU WILL Blåkläder is on an international growth journey where digitalization, common working methods, and scalable solutions play an important role. Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been established over the past few years as a central platform across several business areas, markets, and companies. Now the journey moves into the next phase with a focus on further developing the global solution and strengthening long-term ownership. As Dynamics 365 Lead, you take overall responsibility for the area and drive the work together with the business, IT organization, and external partners. The role is both strategic and business-oriented, with many touchpoints including finance, supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer-related processes. You create a common direction, coordinate functional and technical work, and ensure that development is based on business needs and Blåkläder's long-term goals. In the role, you will, among other things: Own and develop the direction for Blåkläder's Dynamics 365 and Business Solutions area. Lead and coordinate internal resources, Delivery Leads, and external partners. Drive priorities, roadmap, and planning of development and releases. Create the right balance between common standard solutions and the business's various needs. Contribute to developing internal expertise and long-term ownership of the platform. YOUR PROFILE We're looking for someone with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and particularly strong knowledge of Finance & Operations or Finance & Supply Chain Management. You've likely progressed through several roles in ERP, business systems, or business development, and gradually taken on greater responsibility for solutions, deliveries, and priorities. You understand how implementation, further development, management, and support need to work together and have experience with complex environments with multiple business areas and stakeholders. Experience from an international organization or operations in areas such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or F&SCM. Experience taking responsibility for an ERP or Business Solutions area, large deliveries, or change initiatives. Good understanding of business processes and the interplay between business and IT. Experience with roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and vendor management. Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English. As a person, you are communicative, curious, and confident in driving change. You build trust, make complex questions understandable, and get different parts of the organization to work toward a common direction. At the same time, you are pragmatic and solution-oriented and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where the way forward isn't always pre-defined. A relevant academic education is a plus, but we place the greatest emphasis on your experience, business understanding, and ability to translate needs into sustainable solutions. WANT TO KNOW MORE?
