DTP / Prepress Specialist

A modern flexographic printing company with its own polymer production is looking for a team member to join the prepress department. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with graphics, and want to see the results of your work directly on packaging, this position is for you. What you will do: - Prepare print data for flexographic printing (DTP + prepress) - Check and edit templates from customers - Rework graphic files for correct printing (CMYK, Pantone, ICC profiles) - Set up trapping, line screens, and halftones - Prepare templates for polymer plate production - Collaborate with designers, technologists, and printers What we expect from you: - Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat - Experience in DTP or graphic preparation is an advantage (flexography is an advantage, not required) - Technical thinking and attention to detail - Reliability and independence - Carefulness, eye for detail and color, willingness to learn new things - Ability to read technical documentation What we offer: - Work in an established flexographic printing company with modern equipment - Training in the entire flexographic printing and polymer production process - Opportunity for professional growth - Interesting projects for well-known brands The starting gross salary will be set based on abilities, experience, and qualifications from 30,000 CZK. After the training period, variable bonuses, monthly bonuses according to work performed, and additional personal allowances.
