Gummiverkstan in Torsby is a tire service shop serving both private customers and businesses. We are part of the Citira Group, which in Sweden encompasses several subsidiaries specializing in tire service and retreading. We offer sustainable solutions for tire management. We are seeking both permanent and seasonal staff. About the Role As a technician with us, you'll have a key role in the workshop. You'll receive customers and be responsible for mounting and changing tires and rims on a wide variety of vehicles – from cars to trucks and agricultural machinery. The role combines workshop tasks with exciting fieldwork using our service vehicle. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is a team player with excellent customer service skills. You enjoy being the face of the company and always ensure customers leave satisfied. You have a positive attitude, take initiative on your own, and stay calm even during peak season when the pace is high. We're seeking someone who: Has experience with tire mounting and enjoys working with different types of vehicles. Is comfortable driving a service vehicle and likes working independently in the field. Is a flexible problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Holds a valid driver's license category B (required). Category C is a plus. Speaks Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing. Why Choose Us?
