Do you want to work with strong brands, long-term customer relationships, and develop yourself in sales? We're now looking for a sales representative in south Stockholm who wants to help grow our business in the region. The role is perfect for you if you want to work closely with customers, stores, and business. The position combines active sales, customer visits, and pick-and-pack service in stores, giving you a close relationship with customers and a good understanding of how sales works in retail. About the Role As a sales rep with us, you'll be responsible for developing partnerships with both new and existing customers in south Stockholm and surrounding areas. The work is practical, varied, and relationship-driven – you'll work both on sales and ensuring our products are displayed optimally with customers. Your Main Responsibilities Build and develop long-term customer relationships Work with new and existing customers with a focus on increased sales Plan and conduct customer visits in the region Ensure our products are well-displayed and selling well in stores Offer pick-and-pack service at certain customers, where you stock and organize the assortment in stores Work with customers in grocery retail (ICA, Coop, Hemköp, etc.) as well as hotels and cafés The work involves traveling by car and you'll work from home, so we'd like you to live centrally in the sales region. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone motivated by customer contact, results, and personal responsibility. To succeed in this role, we see that you Have sales experience, or retail experience where sales has been an important part of the work Preferably have experience from grocery retail or HoReCa (a plus) Have completed upper secondary education Speak and write Swedish fluently Have a B driver's license and access to your own car (mileage allowance provided) A criminal background check will be required.
