About the Role As a facilities technician with us, you'll have a varied day-to-day working with the daily operations of properties and ensuring that technical systems function optimally. You'll work within a diverse and challenging property portfolio for our commercial customers, including MCF, Jernhusen, and tenants such as SJ. Electrical work is part of the job, where you'll work on troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and simple electrical installations. This can range from replacing components and fixing faults to installing simple equipment or supporting minor electrical projects. We'd therefore like to see that you have experience in electrical work. The role is otherwise broad, and you'll come into contact with all technical areas. You'll continuously work on identifying improvements in operations and contribute to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions for our customers. The work is largely independent, and you'll have an important role in our operations in Luleå. Here you have significant responsibility and good opportunities to influence your daily work. At the same time, you have support from colleagues and specialists within Luotea across the country when you need it. As the position involves work within security-sensitive operations, a security clearance with background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before an employment decision is made. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Experience with operations and service work in the real estate sector, preferably with 5–10 years of professional experience.
