About the Company
We are now seeking an operations technician for a consulting assignment with an established real estate company. In this role, you will work with technical operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization of the company's properties. The position is ideal if you have a few years of experience in this field and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
Your Responsibilities
As an operations technician, you are responsible for ensuring that the technical installations in the properties function properly and are maintained on schedule, with a focus on operational reliability and optimal energy consumption.
Your responsibilities include:
• Supervision, maintenance, service, and upkeep of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
• Work with associated control and regulation systems, including handling of operating alarms
• Managing trouble reports, troubleshooting, fault correction, and routine maintenance tasks, such as filter changes for fan units and cleaning magnetic filters in substations
• Monitoring and optimizing operating times and temperatures according to contracts and legal requirements
• Tracking energy consumption and developing improvement suggestions
• Participation in regulatory inspections and ventilation measures
• Systematic fire safety work
• Preparing documentation for budgeting and maintenance planning
The work is performed largely independently while you collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists in technology and property management.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with an operations technician qualification or equivalent knowledge through work experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, cooling, and control and regulation systems.
You must also have:
• B-class driver's license
• Good administrative skills
• Good computer and system proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish
It is advantageous if you have experience with troubleshooting in central systems and basic knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
As a person, you are self-driven, organized, and responsible. You work methodically, document your work, and follow up on completed actions. You have good problem-solving skills and enjoy analyzing technical problems to find sustainable solutions. The role also requires that you are service-oriented, stable, and work well collaboratively and supportively with colleagues.
