Operations Enköping Region Uppsala is characterized by strong growth, and the Property and Services department is an important part of this. At Property and Services, we generate over one billion kronor in revenue and have approximately 400 employees. We develop, manage, and maintain over 760,000 square meters of property, from new advanced healthcare facilities to medieval castles. We also handle transportation and work with logistical solutions within Region Uppsala, and we are responsible for meal services for hospitalized patients. Most of our customers are within healthcare, and our largest customer is Akademiska Hospital. Our Operations We are approximately 90 employees responsible for the operations and maintenance of Region Uppsala's properties. Operations Enköping consists of 6 operations technicians covering areas in and around the Enköping region. Operations Enköping handles daily operations for HVAC, cooling, medical gases, electricity, ventilation, controls and automation, and building systems in Region Uppsala's property portfolio. Your Assignment At Property and Services Region Uppsala, you will work in a healthcare environment within Region Uppsala's properties and facilities. You will have varied, interesting, and responsible tasks in an environment with competent colleagues and a diverse range of technical systems. Your primary area of responsibility is operating, overseeing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems throughout the Region, but you will also work on other property-related matters. The work also includes energy efficiency improvements. The work is varied, involves a lot of problem-solving, and you have great opportunity to manage your own work and suggest improvements where you see needs and opportunities. In due course, you will be part of the on-call emergency response team. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone interested in building systems and who thrives in a varied environment where you encounter both new and old, simple and complex. We are seeking an experienced and independent electrician with a genuine interest in this field. • B-class driver's license is required. • ECY certification • You are comfortable using a computer as a work tool. • You speak and write very good Swedish. • You have good prioritization skills and are quality-conscious in your work. • You take responsibility for your own work while being comfortable working in a team. Experience with property operations in general, such as ventilation systems, HVAC, cooling, carpentry work, energy optimization, and controls and automation is an advantage. Your Competencies As a person, you have good social skills with a positive attitude and are responsive to customer needs. You are a thorough person who enjoys collaborating and helping. You enjoy learning new things and developing, and you are action-oriented and do not hesitate to take on tasks when needed. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
