About the Role as Operations Engineer Together with the team and operations organization, you develop working methods, routines, and processes to meet tomorrow's needs. In the role, you work to develop and maintain operating strategies for local and regional networks, and analyze operational disturbances, outages, and network performance to ensure safe and efficient electricity grid operations. You identify and drive improvement measures that strengthen delivery reliability and actively contribute to the development of automation, digitalization, and smart grid solutions. You also participate in developing the operations center's processes and working methods, and assist with major network switching and complex operational matters. An important part of the work is preparing decision-making materials and reports for management and operations, as well as collaborating internally to create long-term sustainable solutions and safe grid operations. We're Looking for You If You: Have a higher education or civil engineering degree in electrical power, energy, or equivalent. Have several years of experience from electricity grid operations, electrical power, or system operations. Have a good understanding of electrical power systems and the structure of the electricity network. Enjoy analyzing complex questions and translating them into practical solutions. Have good communication skills and collaborate well with different business units. It's a Plus If You Have Experience With: Operations center operations or system operations. SCADA, DMS systems, or other automation systems. Relay protection, network automation, or other smart grid functions. Load flow calculations. Testing and commissioning of systems.
