Operations Manager for Kölnan Städ & Flytt – Malmö Kölnan Städ & Flytt is seeking an operations manager who wants to take clear responsibility for our daily operations and continue developing the organization together with us. We are an established and growing service company in Malmö with approximately 30 employees. We primarily help private individuals with home cleaning, move-out cleaning, moving assistance, deep cleaning, and window washing. The company has grown rapidly and our next step is to create an even clearer, more stable, and better structured organization. That's why we are now looking for an operations manager who will have clear responsibility and mandate to lead and develop daily operations. About the Role As operations manager, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly – from personnel and staffing to quality, planning, and follow-up. The role is operationally focused and involves significant responsibility for daily operations, while also working to develop the organization, processes, and working methods. You need to thrive working close to the business, with many people, and solving problems as they arise. An important part of your assignment is also to create structure and working methods that make operations less dependent on individuals and give us better conditions to continue growing in a controlled way. You will work closely with the company's CEO/owner and become a central figure in the organization. Supporting you are, among others, supervisors and customer service. Your Main Areas of Responsibility You will be responsible for, among other things: Daily operations, staffing, and resource planning Personnel responsibility and ongoing follow-up of employees Ensuring the right person is assigned to the right task Handling absences and changes in daily planning Leading, supporting, and following up with supervisors Recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of new employees Developing and improving processes and working methods Following up on quality, complaints, and recurring deviations Conducting personnel conversations and handling situations where performance or working methods need improvement Ensuring that staff have the right equipment, materials, vehicles, and conditions for their work Following up on productivity, personnel costs, quality, and other relevant key metrics Identifying problems in operations and driving actions until they are resolved Working together with the CEO to continue developing the organization for the next growth phase Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading personnel in an operational and labor-intensive business who is ready to take the next step with greater responsibility for daily operations. You don't need to come from the cleaning industry. Experience from, for example, facility management, service, staffing, hotel, transport, logistics, home care, restaurants, or similar operations can be just as relevant. We believe you have experience in several of the following areas: Personnel responsibility or supervision Staffing and scheduling Recruitment and onboarding Personnel follow-up and difficult personnel conversations Quality work Creating processes and structure Leading an operation where many things happen simultaneously For example, you might currently work as a supervisor, group manager, area manager, site manager, or assistant operations manager and feel ready for greater overall responsibility.
