Nyköpings Arenor, part of the Business, Culture and Recreation division in Nyköping Municipality, offers arenas for culture, recreation and sports. We operate a wide range of facilities throughout Nyköping – from ice halls and sports arenas to event spaces and stable facilities. In recent years, we have hosted both national and international events, such as JSM ice hockey, Sverigecupen handball, SDF Floorball, international matches in several sports, and cups and camp activities. Our mission is to strengthen Nyköping's image as a culture, recreation and events city and thereby increase the city's attractiveness. This means leading, coaching and continuously developing the operational activities at Nyköpings Arenor. Together with 20 colleagues for whom you have personnel responsibility, you will manage, develop and build pride in maintaining high quality across our 4 areas. • Ice hall • Indoor environments • Grass areas • Stable Your main responsibilities: • Lead and allocate operational activities • Personnel responsibility and work environment responsibility for operations • Develop and continuously improve operations • Have a coaching approach • Plan personnel for operations You will have a varied workday that includes both practical work and meetings with people. Flexibility, responsibility and good conduct are important qualities in the role. In addition to daily work areas, you will be able to participate in other tasks and projects within Nyköpings Arenor's organization as needed.
