First contact: by email or phone (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Fixed-term employment contract - three years, followed by indefinite employment. Uniform service; continuous shift schedule (2x 12-hour morning shifts + 2x 12-hour night shifts / 4 days off). Requirements: excellent health and mental condition, physical fitness, clean criminal record and conduct record. Employee benefits: Recruitment bonus 150,000 CZK. After 1 year salary increase from 43,940 CZK to 57,180 CZK based on experience (upon assignment to continuous operations). 6 weeks vacation. Financial and social security. Annual allowance for vacation and meals 8,000 CZK, recreation at prison service facilities, short-term use of accommodation, free gym access. Upon termination, eligibility for severance pay and service benefits.
