Requirements: clean criminal record, Class B driver's license, team player, versatility, positive attitude toward seniors, sense of order and cleanliness, diligence, reliability, manual dexterity. Job Responsibilities: performs routine building maintenance work, minor maintenance of the entire property, individual units and adjacent grounds, operation of service vehicle, transportation of assistance service users, handles and processes simple orders related to client purchase requests. Work Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-15:30. Benefits: flat meal allowance/day, 5 additional sick days on top of vacation, performance bonuses, annual and loyalty bonuses.
