WORK DUTIES
Primary care is an exciting part of healthcare because it's so broad. Here you'll meet patients of different ages with many different needs. The work is varied and you work with your own clinic, patient assessments, wound care, as well as telephone and digital consultations. You'll also have the opportunity to be part of developing our approaches as we continue to invest in digitalization and future-focused nearby care. Depending on your interests, you have the opportunity to work at one of our specialty clinics.
As a district nurse/registered nurse in primary care, you also contribute your expertise to our on-call doctor center during evenings and weekends. Many of us share this responsibility, and we offer you special introduction training for the on-call center. Our goal is that you feel safe and well-prepared when you start.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who is a licensed district nurse or registered nurse. Experience in primary care is a merit, but what's most important to us is that you have a genuine interest in patient-centered care.
You are confident, responsible, and good at collaborating. You have the ability to structure and prioritize your work. You are someone who contributes to a workplace where we laugh easily, help each other when needed, and want both patients and colleagues to feel welcome.
