At Ljusdal-Ramsjö Din hälsocentral, we provide accessible primary care with physician and district nurse clinics, child health services, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We collaborate with Region Gävleborg's radiology, laboratory, and outpatient departments to deliver high-quality care.
We actively invest in work environment and long-term professional development. On May 1st, we launched a development project where district nurses and registered nurses receive one day per week for professional development or recovery. The project will be evaluated in February 2027. Our goal is for this initiative to become a permanent part of our operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you work in a dedicated team with broad expertise. You encounter varied and stimulating tasks where you use your full professional skills. You work closely with a secure and experienced team consisting of district nurses, physicians, clinic nurses, diabetes nurse, and nursing assistants.
As a district nurse/registered nurse, you will work with
• scheduled clinics
• telephone advice
• home visits
• collaboration with healthcare and social service providers
• care planning/SIP in the home, including follow-up after hospital stays.

In your role as district nurse/registered nurse, you should
• be a licensed district nurse or licensed registered nurse.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care.
