You can read more about our benefits at Benefits at Stockholm County Health Services Now there is an opportunity to work in a stable and well-functioning home care service with approximately 70 registered patients and become part of a wonderful team consisting of nurses, care assistants, and physicians who are specialists in general medicine. Job Responsibilities: Work in home care with customary nursing tasks at the health center and, if needed, work at the clinic/in telephone advice. Employment Type: Permanent employment, full-time 100%. Start date by agreement. Probation may be applied. Qualifications: Registered nurse or registered nurse with further training as a district nurse with prescribing rights. Experience in primary care and home care is desirable. It is desirable if you are familiar with the Take Care medical records system.
