You can read more about our benefits at Benefits at Stockholm County Health Services Now there is an opportunity to work in a stable and well-functioning home care service with approximately 70 registered patients and become part of a wonderful team consisting of nurses, care assistants, and physicians who are specialists in general medicine. Job Responsibilities: Work in home care with customary nursing tasks at the health center and, if needed, work at the clinic/in telephone advice. Employment Type: Permanent employment, full-time 100%. Start date by agreement. Probation may be applied. Qualifications: Registered nurse or registered nurse with further training as a district nurse with prescribing rights. Experience in primary care and home care is desirable. It is desirable if you are familiar with the Take Care medical records system. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Health Services: - criminal record checks will be applied before employment decision in accordance with SLSO's overarching instructions for record checks in hiring. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional credentials, good knowledge of Swedish language is required corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
