We are now looking for a district nurse for an extended temporary assignment at our excellent clinic in the heart of Östermalm in Stockholm. What do we offer?
As a district nurse, you will work with telephone advisory services and clinic duties. Some home healthcare work may occur. You participate in medical assessments and work closely with other professions at the clinic. We work in the Take Care electronic health record system. We would like you to be involved in working with processes and routines.
At the primary care center, we have a diabetes clinic, an elderly care clinic, as well as an asthma and COPD clinic. If you are interested in and have experience from diabetes care, that is a merit.
We are a stable staff consisting of specialists in general medicine, junior doctors in training, nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists. Our view of primary care is that we work together with all competencies, where every part is equally important. We see it as self-evident that you want to participate and contribute with work enthusiasm!
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a competent and positive district nurse, and we would like you to have previous experience in primary care.
We place great emphasis on you contributing to an open and positive work environment together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, it is important that you work well independently and have good teamwork skills with the rest of the team. Of course, you always keep the patient in focus and you care about providing good service both on the phone and in personal meetings.
