We are now seeking a district nurse or nurse with primary care experience to work at the district nurse clinic as well as on-call, telephone advice, and reception nursing. Work at the clinic is varied, and the on-call nurse function has great importance for the healthcare center as it acts as the hub of the network. Close collaboration with on-call physicians, reception, clinics, and the laboratory takes place. Tasks include assessment/triage and management of unplanned and acute patients. Advice and guidance via phone and chat are part of daily work, so the ability to work in different systems is important. At the clinic, medication management, infusions, dressing changes, lifestyle consultations, etc., also occur. In the on-call nurse function, you assume responsibility for daily operations at the healthcare center. This includes responsibility for medication storage, emergency room, and ensuring smooth patient flow at the clinic. Therefore, you need to be flexible and have the ability to work in a team under varying pace with a focus on good quality and patient-centered care. You also need to enjoy meeting different types of people and be curious about each individual's unique story. We use the telephone system TeleQ and the chat system Vårdportalen. Documentation is done in TakeCare. We use referral support and advisory support in patient contact, both physically and digitally. Close collaboration exists between all clinics at the healthcare center such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, and district nurse clinics as well as home healthcare.
