We are seeking a District Nurse to join our close-knit team at Läkarhuset Ljungby Would you like to work at a small, family-oriented, and development-focused health center where both patients and staff are at the center? Then this role might be for you! Läkarhuset Ljungby is now recruiting a district nurse (employment level by agreement). We particularly welcome you if you have diabetes expertise, and we would be pleased if you also have an interest in asthma/COPD. About Us: We are a small health center in the heart of Ljungby with approximately 3,700 registered patients and a close, stable team where everyone helps each other. We do this through: Digital video assessments directly in telephone consultations TeleQ open 24/7 – which means patients can always reach us by phone Working methods that enable resolution of the patient's needs at first contact Medical assessment at the right time by the right expertise We work in the Cambio Cosmic journal system and provide primary care on behalf of Region Kronoberg.
