We are now seeking an additional district physician to join our team. Our offering Vårdcentralen Tannefors is located in fine and purpose-built facilities approximately ten minutes' walk from central Linköping. We have approximately 13,200 patients from both urban and rural areas registered with us, with a large proportion in working age. We are around 50 employees and conduct broad primary care activities including physician consultations, child health clinics, sexual health counseling, asthma/COPD, diabetes, incontinence, wound care and elderly care clinics, as well as dietitian and counseling clinics. The health center also has a family center and a well-functioning clinical laboratory. One of our strengths is our multiprofessional approach. We hold rounds linked to several of our clinics, where different professions can discuss patients together and use each other's expertise. For you as a physician, this means close access to colleagues from other professions and the opportunity for joint medical discussions. We have an established and well-functioning counseling clinic with close collaboration around patients with mental health issues. We have also actively worked in the area of sick leave and rehabilitation and developed a well-thought-out sick leave process with clear methods and support around these patients. Knowledge and development are a natural part of our operations. We have colleagues who combine their clinical work at the health center with assignments in child health care and specialist training. We also have employees who conduct research. This gives us valuable contact points and contributes to knowledge exchange and development in day-to-day work. Job description As a district physician with us, you will have a broad and varied general medical assignment. In addition to standard clinic work, the health center is responsible for two special residential facilities and provides consultation with home care services. We also participate in the central district's joint primary care on-call service and home on-call service. We want to create conditions for a sustainable work day with room for both patient work and those parts of the physician's role that need time. In planning work, we strive for reasonable workload and a defined assignment, with space for administration, continuing education and medical discussions with colleagues. Several of our physicians work with physician-TQ, which provides great opportunity to influence your own schedule and planning of the work day. This creates flexibility for the physician while the method contributes to continuity for patients. We would like you to be interested in working this way as well. We value collegial learning and want it to be easy to raise questions and discuss together. Through our different teams and rounds, there is an opportunity to discuss patients and benefit from the collective expertise at the health center. As a physician with us, you should not feel that you are alone with complex questions. Education and supervision are an important part of our assignment. We receive specialist training and associate training physicians, medical students and students from nursing schools. As a specialist physician, you will therefore also be an important part of our learning environment. If you do not yet have supervision competence, we would like you to undergo supervisor training with us. About you We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine. You have Swedish medical certification and Swedish language skills equivalent to level C1. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and enjoy working together with others. You are unpretentious and curious, have good judgment and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize your work. You can work independently while gladly using the team's collective expertise. We value that you want to contribute to a good work environment and to the continued development of our operations. Interest in, for example, supervision, education, quality work or research is viewed positively. Experience in supervising students and younger physician colleagues is meritorious.
