Welcome to Handen Health Center and Dalarö branch! We are now seeking an engaged colleague for Handen Health Center. You will work with a diverse physician team that enjoys excellent collaboration. If you want to join our team, apply to us! Handen Health Center is located adjacent to Handen Center, with restaurants, grocery stores, and excellent public transportation. We also have rehabilitation and pediatric care services as part of the unit. In Dalarö, in the beautiful archipelago setting, we operate a small branch clinic serving the local population. Handen Health Center is growing and currently has nearly 21,200 registered patients with continued expansion. We have an integrated home care service with approximately 200 enrolled patients and a dedicated home care physician. We have a psychosocial team including a psychologist, psychotherapist, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinator. Two foot care specialists. Nurse-led clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, and elderly care. We have a minor orthopedic clinic in collaboration with physiotherapists and an urgent care clinic with close cooperation with the nearby emergency department. We operate an SMO clinic (coordinated medical care for persons with disabilities). We are one of four clinics of this kind in Stockholm. We have a team of district physicians, senior physicians, trainee physicians, and junior doctors working with the same patient lists to increase continuity of care. We work in a well-functioning team of physicians, rehabilitation coordinator, district nurses, clinical nurses, social workers, nursing assistants, foot care specialists, and medical secretaries to ensure good continuity for our patients. In our work we use TeleQ, chat and video visits, and Take Care as our medical records system. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications: Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and authorization to work within Swedish healthcare.
