We are now looking for a new colleague for our team within home care nursing. If you are a district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care, or a licensed nurse, this could be the right opportunity for you. With us, you will have independent and varied work where you follow patients over time and contribute to safe and person-centered care. You will be part of a team where collaboration, development, and patient safety are in focus.
Your assignment:
As a licensed nurse in home care nursing, you work with patients in both ordinary and special housing and have a central role in providing good, close, and person-centered care in collaboration with the team, patient, and family. You work in a health-promoting and preventive manner, provide advice and support, and are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are carried out in a patient-safe manner.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Care and medical interventions for chronic disease
Responsibility for palliative care and end-of-life care
Planning and implementation of joint team efforts
Supervision of students (term 6) and support to colleagues
Delegation and supervision of health and care interventions to care personnel
To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate independent work, while also valuing close collaboration with colleagues and other professions. You have a genuine interest in people of all ages, with a particular focus on the elderly, and a safe, professional approach in patients' home environments. Since patients' needs can change quickly, the role requires flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude where you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have good computer skills and are comfortable working with new technology.

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Nurse
Class B driver's license
2 years of experience working as a licensed nurse
It is meritorious if you have at least 2 years of experience as a licensed nurse, preferably within home care nursing, primary care, or other relevant care areas.
District Nurse/Specialist Nurse with a focus on elderly care
Type of employment: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start: 2027-01-01.
Working hours: Daytime. Daytime, every seventh weekend of which 1 weekend/year in the evening, 1-2 light weekends/year
