Regional Manager SOUTH - As a regional manager, your primary mission is to create a truly great fast-food restaurant experience and lead a district where guests, employees, and suppliers thrive and have fun together. You ensure your restaurants are always at their best – clean, fresh, and so welcoming that both guests and staff feel at home the moment they walk in the door. - You spread the Jureskoggs feeling: energy, joy, and growth. You're the encouraging voice in your restaurant managers' ears and cheer on a team that actually enjoys their job. Together, you dive deep into schedules and sales figures to find the perfect balance between outstanding service and sound finances. - You own the results and budget for your district and love chasing goals. You coach your restaurant managers to become experts on their key metrics, and when something stands out, you act quickly together. - You have ultimate responsibility for ensuring the food is always safe and tastes exactly the same – no matter which Jureskoggs you walk into. You will be responsible for 7–10 restaurants in a district stretching from Linköping in the north to Växjö in the south, and westward to Trollhättan.
