As a Dispatcher, you'll work in a vital and central function where you lead and ensure that service work is carried out according to plan. You'll be responsible for allocating work to field technicians, scheduling them for assignments, and adjusting plans as needed for urgent jobs or other special situations. The role involves extensive communication over the phone with technicians, customers, and colleagues, as well as significant administrative work.
Beyond daily scheduling, you'll actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to work methods and processes.
About You:
We believe you have a few years of experience in similar work. You thrive in a role that involves juggling multiple tasks and acting as a central coordinator, combining coordination with social and administrative work.
You're a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You're service-minded, thorough, organized, and have a natural ability to identify what needs to be done. You perform well under pressure and can prioritize between parallel projects. You're also communicative and skilled at building strong relationships both externally and internally.
