Job Responsibilities: Ensuring production quality control according to control instructions. Performing measurements of designated critical dimensions at prescribed intervals and recording measured values on SPC cards. Performing measurements of other dimensions at prescribed intervals and recording measured values in prescribed forms. Conducting random measurements during the manufacturing process. Collaborating with the machine operator on dimension measurements after machine setup, recording measured values in prescribed forms. Recording non-conforming parts in HELIOS. Performing visual inspection of manufactured components. Responsible for assigned measuring instruments and their proper storage. Preparing reports from conducted measurements. Processing SPC data in TriloBite software. Performing other tasks as needed by the company based on instructions and directives from the company director or management team members.
