Why are we doing this manually?
That's roughly where we start.
As a Digital Solutions Engineer – AI, Automation & Data, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You work closely with users, understand their daily work, and identify things that take unnecessary time, create duplicate effort, or could simply be done smarter.
You'll be involved from start to finish—from idea and problem-solving to a finished solution that actually gets used.
In this role, you'll do things like:
- Identify and automate manual and repetitive processes.
- Develop solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Python, and AI/LLM.
- Create integrations and data flows between different systems.
- Work with databases, data, and Power BI.
- Develop smaller internal tools and applications.
- Contribute to the development of a new transportation management system.
- Test, evaluate, and improve solutions together with users.
There's no fixed toolkit you have to stick to here. Sometimes Power Automate is right, sometimes Python, an integration, or perhaps an AI solution.
The problem drives the technology—not the other way around.
You'll be part of a team where there's plenty of room to test new ideas, work experimentally, and use AI to both develop faster and find new solutions.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a technical foundation who is, above all, curious about how technology can solve real problems.
You might have experience with:
- Power Automate / Power Platform
- Python or other programming
- APIs and integrations
- Databases and data management
- Power BI
- Azure / Microsoft 365
- AI and LLM tools
- Automation or digitalization
But who you are matters most.
We believe you're social, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy talking with people and find it easy to understand processes. You spot opportunities for improvement, dare to test new ideas, and thrive on turning a problem from "this doesn't work very well" to "here's how we can do it instead."
You don't need to know everything on day one. What you do need is to be the type who enjoys figuring things out.
