Digital Marketing and Project Manager at Snusgrossen Snusgrossen is seeking a driven and creative person who wants to take responsibility for our digital presence and help develop our business forward. We're looking for someone who enjoys social media, websites, marketing and sales, and who wants a role where you have significant independence. You will get to be involved from the beginning and build and develop Snusgrossen's digital platform. This role suits you if you're self-motivated, creative, and enjoy driving projects from idea to finished solution. About the Position As Digital Marketing and Project Manager, you will be responsible for Snusgrossen's digital development. Your main responsibilities will include: * Manage and develop our social media channels * Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms * Plan and execute campaigns and marketing activities * Lead the project for developing Snusgrossen's new website * Develop structure, content and ideas for the website * Coordinate with external web agencies or other vendors * Continuously update, maintain and develop the website after launch * Work with SEO and digital visibility * Monitor traffic, campaigns and results * Develop new ideas to increase traffic and sales * Manage the sale of advertising spaces and ads on the website * Contact companies and suppliers to offer advertising and marketing opportunities * Develop new revenue opportunities within Snusgrossen's digital platform So you won't just be working with social media – you'll be building the entire digital side of the business. We're Looking for Someone Who We believe you: * Have experience with digital marketing and social media * Are used to creating content and understand what works digitally * Have experience with websites and digital platforms * Have project management skills and can drive a project from idea to finished product * Are self-motivated and dare to take your own initiative * Are creative and come up with your own ideas * Find it easy to communicate and build relationships * Enjoy sales and business development * Are results-oriented * Have good Swedish in speech and writing It's a plus if you have experience with WordPress, Shopify or similar platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, advertising and digital sales. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you're engaged, curious and want to develop together with the company.
