About the Company Axelssons Turisttrafik and Ellénius Buss merged in 2020 to create a stronger and more competitive player in the bus and transport services market. At Axelssons Turisttrafik AB, you will have a key role in our digitalization journey, which is still in its early stages. You won't be joining an already developed team; instead, we're looking for someone driven to help us independently find and build solutions. You will work with integrations, automation, data, and AI to create the operational support systems of the future. About the Role Axelssons uses several different systems including traffic planning, vehicles, personnel, payroll, accounting, CRM, and sales. Your initial task will be to understand how they are used and how information flows through the organization. Travel within the role may occur as we have locations in multiple places in Sweden. You will, among other things: · Build integrations between our systems and APIs. · Automate manual administrative processes. · Collect and structure data from different parts of the organization. · Build dashboards and decision support tools for operations and management. · Identify processes where automation can save time or improve quality. · Work with traffic management, accounting, sales, and leadership to understand their needs. What We're Looking For You feel confident with several of the following areas but are also curious to learn the rest: · APIs and system integration · Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or equivalent · SQL and databases · Data modeling and data pipelines · Azure or another cloud platform · Power BI or equivalent BI tools · Power Automate, n8n, Make, or other automation platforms · Microsoft 365 environment · Modern AI tools, LLMs, and APIs. We're looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience from a similar role. Who Are You?
