The Arts Education Competence Center "Liepāja School of Music, Art and Design" (reg. No. 3037303587) invites applications for a Service Hostel Manager position at Ausekļa Street 11/15, Liepāja Job Responsibilities: organize, direct and supervise daily work processes in the service hostel (with minors); facilitate resident adaptation and ensure resident well-being in the service hostel; manage service hostel staff, listen to employee suggestions; handle necessary work documentation (updating documents regulating service hostel operations, preparing staff work schedules and working time record tables, preparing and processing documents for residents living in the service hostel (rental agreements), and issuing invoices for service hostel rent in accordance with procedures established by the State Treasury). Requirements for Applicants: higher education (in pedagogy, psychology or social sciences); experience in a similar position (working with minors) will be considered an advantage; state language proficiency – C1 level; ability to respond quickly to emergency situations; computer skills at user level (work in the State Treasury Horizon program Real Estate module). We Offer: salary – EUR 1144,00 (per month before tax deductions); employment for an indefinite period; excellent working conditions; social guarantees; health insurance (after one year of service).
