Sätra Din Health Center currently has approximately 30 employees and provides primary care in a multicultural area. We offer physician consultations, district nurse clinics, child health services at the family center, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physical therapy, home visits, and specialist consultations including diabetes and hypertension services. WORK DUTIES You will work closely with all professions at the health center. Your expertise is an important requirement for our shared mission to support, treat, and guide people toward healthier lives. As a diabetes nurse/district nurse with us, you will work with • diabetes consultations • telephone advice • both scheduled and acute clinic work • preventive healthcare. You prioritize our patients' well-being and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You adapt easily to changing situations and recognize the importance of contributing to a good working atmosphere. In the role of diabetes nurse/district nurse, you should • be a licensed district nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare • have diabetes training of 15 hp • hold a valid class B driving license.
