Our Offer Primary Care Center Nygatan is located in central Linköping with proximity to everything the city center has to offer. The primary care center is one of 33 region-operated primary care centers in Primary Care Center and has approximately 10,200 registered patients with a diverse age distribution. In addition to doctor's consultations and child health services, the primary care center has a range of specialist nurse clinics, counseling services with various expertise, a rehabilitation coordinator, and a dietician. We generally have good staffing and a positive work environment with just over 40 employees. We work together to provide professional care for our patients within the primary care mission. In early 2027, the primary care center will move to completely new premises. These premises will offer opportunities for improved methods and working practices and promote enhanced collaboration between professional groups as well as good workflows. Job Description We now have the opportunity to fill a permanent position as a diabetes nurse. As a diabetes nurse at the primary care center, you will run a diabetes clinic where you work relatively independently, but you will have colleagues and a diabetes-responsible doctor in your team. You will also work to some extent with telephone advice, which is one of the most important tasks we have at the primary care center. You will have varied work tasks and collaborate closely with other professional groups. We view continued professional development positively. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and who have training in diabetes. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, corresponding to C1 level. You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Furthermore, you have a pleasant manner toward patients and colleagues. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to make independent decisions based on your profession. We are looking for someone who easily adapts to changing circumstances, is stress-resistant, and communicates in a clear and unpretentious manner. We place great importance on personal suitability.
