We are seeking an experienced diabetes nurse to join us at God Hälsa Vårdcentral Kirseberg. As a diabetes nurse with us, you will work in a team with another diabetes nurse and our diabetes-responsible physicians. You will manage your diabetes clinic independently and work actively to monitor and improve quality indicators. You will work in close collaboration with our experienced physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff. God Hälsa Vårdcentral Kirseberg's main unit is located in Kirseberg on Norra Bulltoftavägen, and our branch operations are centrally located in Malmö at the Entre shopping center in close proximity to Värnhemstorget. Diabetes nurse certification. Experience working in primary care. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, level C1 or equivalent, is required to ensure you can communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own patient cases, while valuing good collaboration with colleagues.
