You're responsible for staffing, recruitment, vacation scheduling, training, as well as employee and salary conversations. Together with your colleagues in the management team, you ensure that we have the right people in the right positions and the resources needed to provide our customers with the service we want to be known for. You Hold It All Together The role involves significant responsibility and a varied day-to-day. You have overall responsibility for ensuring the depot has the right conditions to deliver machines, materials, and services to our customers. This includes responsibility for: employees, staffing, and competence development machines, vehicles, rentals, and returns internal and external service transport and logistics inventory, spare parts, and sales materials work environment and safety the property and area within the gates forklifts, lifting equipment, and other tools inspections of machines, vehicles, tanks, and equipment organization and structure around machine marking, GPS, signage, and other procedures Even though you're close to daily operations, you need to be able to see the bigger picture. The machinery sector is changing. New fuels and power sources are emerging, technology is developing, regulations are changing, and customer needs won't look the same tomorrow as they do today. That's why we want you to be curious about what's happening around us. You follow developments in equipment rental and machinery, monitor competitors and customer needs, and help us make smart decisions about the future machine fleet, skills, and ways of working.
