About the Position As a dismantler, you are responsible for disassembling products/components according to given instructions and ensuring that materials are sorted correctly for further handling. The work involves manual tasks where you use tools and machines, inspect component condition, report deviations, and contribute to efficient workflow in production/workshop operations. You will be part of a team and work closely with production management and other operators. The role may involve shift work depending on operational needs. Responsibilities Disassemble products and components according to instructions and quality requirements Sort and label materials for further handling or recycling Use hand tools and simple machinery safely Perform visual inspections and report deviations Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and good order in the workplace Participate in improvement work and follow internal quality and safety procedures About You We are looking for someone who is practically minded, responsible, and has good safety awareness. You are comfortable with manual tasks and can work efficiently at a pace that varies throughout the workday. You are communicative and willing to collaborate, and can work both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you have: Previous experience with assembly or disassembly work, industrial work, or workshop settings Good ability to follow instructions and procedures Basic technical understanding and experience with hand tools Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Flexibility regarding working hours; shift work may be required Meritorious Qualifications Forklifting certification (A/B) or other relevant training Experience with recycling or material handling work Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures in production Personal Qualities You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You contribute to a positive work environment through good collaboration and a clear focus on quality and safety.
