JOB DESCRIPTION How You Will Support Our Mission ESO is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Demand Generation Specialist / Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this fully remote role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across ESO's portfolio of software and data solutions for emergency services and healthcare. You will report to the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager and collaborate with the marketing team distributed across the Czech Republic and the USA to reach and engage our key target audiences: emergency medical services (EMS), fire departments, hospitals, and government organizations. This position is fully remote; however, the candidate must be based in the Czech Republic. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must have full authorization to work in the Czech Republic. ________________________________________ What You Will Do - Daily Responsibilities " Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team across channels such as email, paid advertising, social media, and events, with the goal of generating leads and supporting pipeline growth. ________________________________________ Who We Are Looking For - Key Requirements " 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or a similar role " Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones " Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue " Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic environment " Experience with marketing and project management tools (preferred: HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com) " Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting; ability to work with data to support decision-making " Team player mindset and openness to feedback with the goal of achieving the best resultsSelin Kanalici, e-mail: [email protected] Benefits & Perks: " Paid Vacation: 5 weeks of paid vacation to recharge and connect with family and friends.
