Part-Time Process Server in Svenljunga/Tranemo Would you like to work independently, meet people, and have great freedom to plan your own time? DeltraKravek AB is a process serving company authorized by the County Administration Board and one of Sweden's leading private alternatives in process serving. We operate throughout the country with approximately 150 approved process servers and serve clients including government agencies, energy companies, collection agencies, the real estate sector, and law firms. We are now seeking a part-time process server in the Svenljunga and Tranemo area. About the Job As a process server, you are responsible for locating individuals and businesses to deliver legal documents in accordance with service of process laws. When the recipient is found, the documents are delivered in exchange for a receipt and the assignment is reported digitally. The work is varied, independent, and involves many personal meetings. You plan to a large extent when the work is performed yourself, but some assignments may require quick responses, so flexibility is important. The work is performed primarily during evenings and weekends, but daytime work also occurs. About You You are organized and responsible. You have good organizational and prioritization skills. You are service-oriented and good at building trust. You enjoy independent work. You have good computer skills. Qualifications B-category driver's license and access to your own vehicle. Access to a computer and mobile phone. Residing in Svenljunga or Tranemo municipality or a nearby area. Previous experience in process serving, debt collection, security work, government administration, or other activities involving contact with people in various life situations is advantageous but not required. We provide both theoretical and practical training. If you are already an approved process server, this is advantageous. Suitability Assessment As a process server, you will undergo a suitability assessment with the County Administration Board. Therefore, an orderly financial situation is required, with no debts to the Enforcement Authority, and a clean record. About the District You will work in Svenljunga and Tranemo municipality. We are currently conducting a review of our district organization, which means that the district's exact geographical scope may be adjusted over time.
